Hadith #48120
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ شَرِيكِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي نَمِرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، قَالَ: تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الاثْنَيْنِ، وَدُفِنَ يَوْمَ الثُّلاثَاءِ.
قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.
Qutayba bin Saeed told us, he said: Abdul Aziz bin Muhammad told us, on the authority of Sharik bin Abdullah bin Abi Nimr, on the authority of Abu Salamah bin Abdul Rahman bin Awf, said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, died on Monday, and was buried on Tuesday.
Abu Issa said: This is a strange hadith.
