Hadith #48161
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with them: The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to teach them this supplication just as he taught them a surah from the Qur’an. He says: “Say, ‘O God, I seek refuge in You from the torment of Hell, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the grave, and I seek refuge in You from the temptation of Christ. Antichrist, and I seek refuge in You from the temptation of life and death.” Narrated by Muslim
