Hadith #48221
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «اقْتُلُوا الْأَسْوَدَيْنِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ الْحَيَّةَ وَالْعَقْرَبَ» . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالتِّرْمِذِيُّ وَلِلنَّسَائِيِّ مَعْنَاهُ
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Kill the two lions in prayer, the snake and the scorpion.” Narrated by Ahmad, Abu Dawood, Al-Tirmidhi, and Al-Nasa’i has its meaning.
