وَعَن جُبَير بن مطعم أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَا بَنِي عَبْدَ مَنَافٍ لَا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا طَافَ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَصَلَّى آيَةً سَاعَةَ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Jubayr bin Mutim that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “O Banu Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone from circumambulating this House and praying a verse at any time of the night he wishes.” Or during the day. Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Al-Nasa’i.
