Hadith #49780
وَعَن ابنِ عبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: يُلَبِّي المقيمُ أَوِ المعتَمِرُ حَتَّى يستلمَ الْحَجَرَ) . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ: وَرُوِيَ مَوْقُوفًا على ابنِ عبَّاس.
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The resident or pilgrim performs Talbiyah until he receives the stone.) It was narrated by Abu Dawud and he said: It was narrated based on Ibn Abbas.
