Hadith #48386
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُصَلِّي قبل الْعَصْر رَكْعَتَيْنِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Ali, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to pray two rak’ahs before the afternoon prayer. Narrated by Abu Dawood
