وَعَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: كُنَّا بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَإِذَا أَذَّنَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ لِصَلَاةِ الْمَغْرِبِ ابْتَدَرُوا السَّوَارِيَ فَرَكَعُوا رَكْعَتَيْنِ حَتَّى إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ الْغَرِيبَ لَيَدْخُلُ الْمَسْجِدَ فَيَحْسَبُ أَنَّ الصَّلَاةَ قَدْ صُلِّيَتْ مِنْ كَثْرَةِ مَنْ يُصَلِّيهمَا. رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Anas, he said: We were in Medina, and when the muezzin called for the Maghrib prayer, they set out on the pillars and bowed two rak’ahs, so that the strange man To enter the mosque and think that the prayer has been prayed due to the large number of people praying for them.
