Hadith #48426
On the authority of Ubadah ibn al-Samit, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever wakes up at night and says: There is no god but God alone, without any partner.” To Him belongs the dominion and to Him is praise, and He has power over all things. Glory be to God, praise be to God, and there is no god but God and God. There is no power nor strength except in God. Then he said: My Lord, forgive me, or he said: Then he supplicated, his supplication would be answered. If he performed ablution and prayed, his prayer would be accepted. Narrated by Al-Bukhari
