Hadith #48590
وَعَن سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «احْضُرُوا الذِّكْرَ وَادْنُوا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَا يَزَالُ يَتَبَاعَدُ حَتَّى يُؤَخَّرَ فِي الْجنَّة وَإِن دَخلهَا» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Samurah ibn Jundub, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Attend the dhikr and approach the imam, for the man continues to distance himself.” Until he is delayed in Paradise, even if he enters it.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
