Hadith #48614
وَعَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ: أَنَّهُ دَخَلَ الْمَسْجِدَ وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ يَخْطُبُ قَاعِدًا فَقَالَ: انْظُرُوا إِلَى هَذَا الْخَبِيثِ يَخْطُبُ قَاعِدًا وَقد قَالَ الله تَعَالَى: (وَإِذَا رَأَوْا تِجَارَةً أَوْ لَهْوًا انْفَضُّوا إِلَيْهَا وَتَرَكُوك قَائِما) رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On the authority of Ka’b ibn Ujrah: He entered the mosque and Abd al-Rahman ibn Umm al-Hakam was delivering the sermon while sitting, and he said: Look at this wicked person delivering the sermon. Sitting, and God Almighty said: (And when they see commerce or amusement, they turn away to it and leave you standing.) Narrated by Muslim
