Hadith #48702
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا اسْتَسْقَى قَالَ: «اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ وَبَهِيمَتَكَ وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ وَأَحْيِ بَلَدَكَ الْمَيِّتَ» . رَوَاهُ مَالك وَأَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, he said: Whenever the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was seeking water, he would say: “O God, give water to your servants and your animals.” Spread your mercy and revive your dead country.” Narrated by Malik and Abu Dawud
