Hadith #48760
وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِالْمَوْتِ وَعِنْدَهُ قَدَحٌ فِيهِ مَاءٌ وَهُوَ يُدْخِلُ يَدَهُ فِي الْقَدَحِ ثُمَّ يَمْسَحُ وَجْهَهُ ثُمَّ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّي عَلَى مُنْكَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ أَوْ سَكَرَاتِ الْمَوْتِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: I saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, as he was dying, and he had a cup of water in it, and he was inserting his hand into it. In the cup, then he wipes his face, then says: “O God, help me with the abominations of death or the agony of death.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi And Ibn Majah
