Hadith #48785
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: مِنَ السُّنَّةِ تَخْفِيفُ الْجُلُوسِ وَقِلَّةُ الصَّخَبِ فِي الْعِيَادَةِ عِنْدَ الْمَرِيضِ قَالَ: وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمَّا كَثُرَ لَغَطُهُمْ وَاخْتِلَافُهُمْ: «قُومُوا عَنِّي» رَوَاهُ رزين
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: It is from the Sunnah to reduce sitting and reduce noise in the patient’s clinic. He said: And the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said When their confusion and disagreement increased: “Get away from me.” Narrated by Razin.
