وَعنهُ قَالَ: كانَ فِيمَا احتجَّ فيهِ عُمَرُ أَنْ قَالَ: كَانَتْ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثُ صَفَايَا بَنُو النَّضِيرِ وخيبرُ وفَدَكُ فَأَمَّا بَنُو النَّضِيرِ فَكَانَتْ حَبْسًا لِنَوَائِبِهِ وَأَمَّا فَدَكُ فَكَانَتْ حَبْسًا لِأَبْنَاءِ السَّبِيلِ وَأَمَّا خَيْبَرُ فَجَزَّأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ثَلَاثَةٌ أَجزَاء: جزأين بينَ المسلمينَ وجزءً نَفَقَةً لِأَهْلِهِ فَمَا فَضُلَ عَنْ نَفَقَةِ أَهْلِهِ جَعَلَهُ بَيْنَ فُقَرَاءِ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ
On his authority, he said: It was about what Omar used as evidence that he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, owned three Safayat, Banu al-Nadir, Khaybar, and Fadak. As for Banu al-Nadir, So it was a prison for its destitute people, as for Fadak, it was a prison for the wayfarers, and as for Khaybar, the Messenger of God allocated it. May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, there are three parts: two parts among the Muslims and one part as a maintenance for his family, so what was left over from the maintenance of his family he put among the poor immigrants.
