Hadith #49229
وَعَن أَبِي قَتَادَةَ قَالَ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ صَوْمِ الِاثْنَيْنِ فَقَالَ: «فِيهِ وُلِدْتُ وَفِيهِ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيَّ» . رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Abu Qatada, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, was asked about fasting on Mondays, and he said: “On it I was born and on it it was revealed to me.” Narrated by Muslim
