وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كُنْتُ نَذَرْتُ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ أَنْ أَعْتَكِفَ لَيْلَةً فِي الْمَسْجِد الْحَرَام؟ قَالَ: «فأوف بِنَذْرِك»
On the authority of Ibn Omar: Omar asked the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “Did I vow in pre-Islamic times to seclude myself in the Sacred Mosque for a night? He said: “So I will fulfill it.” With your vow
