Hadith #49535
وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى لَيَغْفِرُ لِعَبْدِهِ مَا لَمْ يَقَعِ الْحِجَابُ» . قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ وَمَا الْحِجَابُ؟ قَالَ: «أَنْ تَمُوتَ النَّفْسُ وَهِيَ مُشْرِكَةٌ»
رَوَى الْأَحَادِيثَ الثَّلَاثَةَ أَحْمَدُ وَرَوَى الْبَيْهَقِيُّ الْأَخِيرَ فِي كِتَابِ الْبَعْثُ والنشور
On the authority of Abu Dharr, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Indeed, God Almighty will forgive His servant so long as the veil does not fall.” They said: O Messenger of God, what is the veil? He said: “That the soul dies while it is a polytheist.” The three hadiths were narrated by Ahmad and the last Al-Bayhaqi narrated in The Book of Resurrection and Resurrection
