Hadith #49605
On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: When the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, bid farewell to a man, he would take his hand and not let go of it until the man himself let go of the hand of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. He, peace and blessings be upon him, says: “I entrust to God your religion, your trustworthiness, and the last of your deeds,” and in the narration “The Ends of Your Deeds.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah, but in their narrations it was not mentioned: “And your last deed.”
