وَعَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ: قُلْنَا يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَلْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ نَقُولُهُ؟ فَقَدْ بَلَغَتِ الْقُلُوبُ الْحَنَاجِرَ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ اللَّهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِنَا وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِنَا» قَالَ: فَضَرَبَ اللَّهُ وُجُوهَ أَعْدَائِهِ بِالرِّيحِ وَهَزَمَ اللَّهُ بِالرِّيحِ. رَوَاهُ أَحْمد
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, he said: We said on the Day of the Trench: O Messenger of God, is there anything we should say? Then the hearts reached the throats. He said: “Yes, O God, cover our private parts and protect our wonderful things.” He said: Then God struck the faces of his enemies with the wind and was defeated. God by the wind. Narrated by Ahmed
