Hadith #49638
وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ: «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُوعِ فَإِنَّهُ بِئْسَ الضَّجِيعُ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخِيَانَةِ فَإِنَّهَا بِئْسَتِ الْبِطَانَةُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ وَابْن مَاجَه
On his authority, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to say: “O God, I seek refuge in You from hunger, for it is miserable loss, and I seek refuge in You from Betrayal is a wretched nature.” Narrated by Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah
