Hadith #49846
وَعَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ ابْنِ أُخْتِ مَيْمُونَةَ عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ. رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
قَالَ الشيخُ الإِمَام يحيى السّنة C: وَالْأَكْثَرُونَ عَلَى أَنَّهُ تَزَوَّجَهَا حَلَالًا وَظَهَرَ أَمْرُ تَزْوِيجِهَا وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ ثُمَّ بَنَى بِهَا وَهُوَ حَلَال بسرف فِي طَرِيق مَكَّة
On the authority of Yazid bin Al-Asam, the son of Maimunah’s sister, on the authority of Maimunah, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, married her while it was lawful. Narrated by Muslim.
