Hadith #49861
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
" خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى من قتلَهُنّ فِي الْحل وَالْإِحْرَامِ: الْفَأْرَةُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ "
On the authority of Ibn Umar, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said:
“There is no blame on the five whom he kills while lawful and in Ihram: the mouse, the crow, the kite, the scorpion, and the hamstringed dog.”
