وَعَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ كَثِيرًا يَقُولُ: كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ يَقُولُ: عَجَبًا لِلْعَمَّةِ تُورَثُ وَلَا تَرث. رَوَاهُ مَالك
On the authority of Muhammad bin Abi Bakr bin Hazm that he heard his father many times saying: Omar bin Al-Khattab used to say: It is strange that a paternal aunt inherits but does not inherit. Narrated by Malik
