وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: أَسْلَمَتِ امْرَأَةٌ فَتَزَوَّجَتْ فَجَاءَ زَوْجُهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي قَدْ أَسْلَمْتُ وَعَلِمَتْ بِإِسْلَامِي فَانْتَزَعَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ زَوْجِهَا الْآخَرِ وَرَدَّهَا إِلَى زَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: إِنَّهَا أَسْلَمَتْ مَعِي فَرَدَّهَا عَلَيْهِ. رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: A woman converted to Islam and got married, and her husband came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of God, I have I converted to Islam and learned of my Islam, so the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, snatched her away from her other husband and returned her to her husband. The first, and in a narration: He said: She converted to Islam with me, so he returned her to him. Narrated by Abu Dawood
