Hadith #50345
عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَن يعْزل عَن الْحرَّة إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهَا. رَوَاهُ ابْن مَاجَه
On the authority of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade being separated from a free woman except with her permission. Narrated by Ibn Majah
