وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا طَلَاقَ وَلَا عَتَاقَ فِي إِغْلَاقٍ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَه قيل: معنى الإغلاق: الْإِكْرَاه
On the authority of Aisha, she said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, say: “There is no divorce or emancipation in a closed state.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah. It was said: The meaning of closure: coercion.
