Hadith #50432
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Every divorce is permissible, except the divorce of an insane person and someone whose mind is lacking.” Al-Tirmidhi narrated it and said: This is a strange hadith, and Ata’ bin Ajlan, the narrator, is weak and weak in the hadith.
