Hadith #50461
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: A man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: I have a woman who does not repel the hand of a touching person. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: He said: “Divorce her.” He said: “I love her.” He said: “Then keep her.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Al-Nasa’i, and Al-Nasa’i said: He raised it as a chain of transmission. One of the narrators to Ibn Abbas, and one of them did not narrate it, said: This hadith is not proven.
