وَعَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ قَالَ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ طُلِّقَتْ فَحَاضَتْ حَيْضَةً أَوْ حَيْضَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ رُفِعَتْهَا حيضتُها فإنَّها تنتظِرُ تسعةَ أشهرٍ فإنْ بانَ لَهَا حَمْلٌ فَذَلِكَ وَإِلَّا اعْتَدَّتْ بَعْدَ التِّسْعَةِ الْأَشْهَرِ ثلاثةَ أشهرٍ ثمَّ حلَّتْ. رَوَاهُ مَالك
On the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, he said: Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, said: “Any woman who has been divorced and has had one or two menstrual cycles and then removed her When she has her menstrual period, she waits for nine months, and if it becomes clear that she is pregnant, then that is it. Otherwise, she waits for three months after the nine months, and then she is permissible. Narrated by Malik
