Hadith #50529
وَعَن سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَفْضَلُ الصَّدَقَةِ الشَّفَاعَةُ بِهَا تُفَكُّ الرَّقَبَة» . رَوَاهُ الْبَيْهَقِيّ فِي «شعب الْإِيمَان»
On the authority of Samurah ibn Jundub, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The best charity is intercession through which a slave can be freed.” Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in “Shu’ab Al-Iman”
