Hadith #50536
وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا وَلَدَتْ أَمَةُ الرَّجُلِ مِنْهُ فَهِيَ مُعْتَقَةٌ عَنْ دُبُرٍ مِنْهُ أَوْ بَعْدَهُ» . رَوَاهُ الدَّارِمِيُّ
On the authority of Ibn Abbas, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: “If a man’s female slave gives birth to him, then she is freed from him or after him.” Narrated by Al-Darimi
