عَن الْحسن عَن سَمُرَة عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «من ملك ذَا رحم محرم فَهُوَ حُرٌّ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَابْنُ مَاجَه
On the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Samurah, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: “Whoever owns a mahram relative is free.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, and Ibn Majah
