Hadith #50558
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الْيَمِينُ عَلَى نِيَّةِ الْمُسْتَحْلِفِ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
On his authority, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The oath is based on the intention of the one who takes the oath.” Narrated by Muslim
