عَن عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: أُنْزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ: (لَا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ)
فِي قَوْلِ الرَّجُلِ: لَا وَاللَّهِ وَبَلَى وَاللَّهِ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ وَفِي شَرْحِ السُّنَّةِ لَفْظُ الْمَصَابِيحِ وَقَالَ: رَفَعَهُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنهُ
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: This verse was revealed: (God will not call you to account for what is vain in your oaths)
In the man’s saying: No, by God, but yes, by God. Narrated by Al-Bukhari, and in the explanation of the Sunnah, he mentioned the word “al-Masabih” and said: Some of them narrated it on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her.
