وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى الله ليه وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ فَلَا حِنْثَ عَلَيْهِ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ وَابْنُ مَاجَهْ وَالدَّارِمِيُّ وَذَكَرَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ جَمَاعَةً وَقَفُوهُ عَلَى ابْنِ عُمَرَ
On the authority of Ibn Umar, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever takes an oath and says: God willing, he will not break it.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud, Al-Nasa’i, Ibn Majah, and Al-Darimi, and Al-Tirmidhi mentioned a group of people who agreed with Ibn Umar.
