عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ تَرَدَّى مِنْ جَبَلٍ فَقَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ فَهُوَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ يَتَرَدَّى فِيهَا خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا وَمَنْ تَحَسَّى سُمًّا فَقَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ فَسُمُّهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَحَسَّاهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِحَدِيدَةٍ فَحَدِيدَتُهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَوَجَّأُ بِهَا فِي بَطْنِهِ فِي نَارِ جهنَّمَ خَالِدا مخلَّداً فِيهَا أبدا»
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever descends from a mountain and kills himself, he will be in the fire of Hell, in which he will descend.” And whoever sips poison and kills himself, with the poison in his hand, he will sip it in the fire of Hell, abiding therein forever. And whoever kills himself with an iron, his iron will be in his hand, and he will stab him with it in his stomach in the fire of Hell, abiding therein forever.”
