Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #50626

On the authority of Abu Bakr bin Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wrote to the people of Yemen. And it was in his book: “Whoever assaults a believer by killing him, he will have his hand cut off unless the guardians of the murdered person are satisfied.” And in it: “The man He shall be killed as a woman” and it includes: “The blood money for the person is one hundred camels, and for the people of gold there is a thousand dinars, and the blood money is for the nose, when his camel is paid.” One hundred camels, and the blood money is due on the teeth, and the blood money is due on the lips, and the blood money is due on the two eggs, and the blood money is due on the penis, and the blood money is on the back of the body, and The blood money for two eyes, half the blood money for a single leg, a third of the blood money for a female slave, a third of the blood money for a carcass, fifteen camels for a mancala, and each finger. Of the fingers of the hand and the toe are ten camels, and five of the camels in the tooth. Narrated by Al-Nasa’i and Al-Darimi And in Malik’s narration: “And in the eye there are fifty, and in the hand fifty, and in the foot there are fifty, and in the clarifier there are five.”
