Hadith #50635
وَعَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «عَقْلُ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ مُغَلَّظٌ مِثْلُ عَقْلِ الْعَمْدِ وَلَا يُقْتَلُ صاحبُه» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
And on his authority, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The mind of a semi-intentional person is as thick as the mind of an intentional one, and its owner cannot be killed.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
