وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِن النَّارَ لَا يُعَذِّبُ بِهَا إِلَّا اللَّهُ» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
On the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “No one punishes with it except God.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari
