Hadith #50720
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تُقطعُ يدُ السَّارِقِ إِلاَّ بربُعِ دِينَار فَصَاعِدا»
On the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: “The hand of a thief shall not be amputated except for a quarter of a dinar and onwards.”
