Hadith #50724
وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو بْنِ الْعَاصِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الثَّمَرِ الْمُعَلَّقِ قَالَ: «مَنْ سَرَقَ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا بَعْدَ أَنْ يُؤْوِيَهُ الْجَرِينَ فَبَلَغَ ثَمَنَ الْمِجَنِّ فَعَلَيْهِ الْقَطْعُ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: He was asked about The Hanging Fruit said: “Whoever steals something from it after the green house has sheltered it, and it reaches the price of a fig tree, then it must be cut off.” Narrated by Abu Dawood And Al-Nasa’i
