Hadith #50725
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ الْمَكِّيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ معلَّقٍ وَلَا فِي حَرِيسَةِ جَبَلٍ فَإِذَا آوَاهُ الْمُرَاحُ وَالْجَرِينُ فَالْقَطْعُ قيمًا بلغ ثمن الْمِجَن» . رَوَاهُ مَالك
On the authority of Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abi Hussein Al-Makki, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no cutting in hanging fruit or in guarded by a mountain, and when it is sheltered by marshes and streams, the pieces are worth as much as the price of a shield.” Narrated by Malik
