Hadith #50726
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُنْتَهِبِ قَطْعٌ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً مَشْهُورَةً فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one who plunders is not subject to a cut, and whoever plunders for a well-known plunder is not one of us.” Narrated by Abu Dawood
