وَعَنْ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِذَا وَجَدْتُمُ الرَّجُلَ قَدْ غَلَّ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ فَاحْرُقُوا مَتَاعَهُ وَاضْرِبُوهُ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَقَالَ التِّرْمِذِيُّ: هَذَا حَدِيث غَرِيب
هَذَا الْبَاب خَال من الْفَصْل الثَّالِث
On the authority of Omar, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If you find a man who has sinned in the cause of God, burn his belongings.” And beat him.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud, and Al-Tirmidhi said: This is a strange hadith.
