Hadith #49622
وَعَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَنْ كَثُرَ هَمُّهُ فَلْيَقُلْ: اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَابْنُ أَمَتِكَ وَفِي قَبْضَتِكَ نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَدًا مِنْ خَلْقِكَ أَوْ أَلْهَمْتَ عِبَادَكَ أَوِ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي مَكْنُونِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ أَنْ تَجْعَلَ الْقُرْآنَ رَبِيعَ قلبِي وجِلاء هَمِّي وغَمِّي مَا قَالَهَا عَبْدٌ قَطُّ إِلَّا أَذْهَبَ اللَّهُ غمه وأبدله فرجا ". رَوَاهُ رزين
On the authority of Ibn Masoud, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever is greatly concerned should say: O God, I am Your servant, the son of Your servant, and the son of Your nation, and in your grip, my forelock is in your hand. Your judgment is upon me. Your decree is just in me. I ask you by every name that is yours by which you have named yourself or You revealed it in Your Book, or You taught it to any of Your creation, or You inspired Your servants, or You kept it hidden in the depths of the unseen with You, that You may make The Qur’an is the spring of my heart and the relief of my anxiety and my grief. No servant ever said it except that God took away his grief and replaced it with relief.” Narrated by Razin
