Hadith #50806
وَعَنْ مَعْقِلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم يقولُ: «مَا مِنْ والٍ بلي رَعِيَّةً مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَيَمُوتُ وَهُوَ غَاشٌّ لَهُمْ إِلَّا حَرَّمَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ الْجَنَّةَ»
On the authority of Maqil bin Yassar, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying: “There is no ruler who has spoiled a Muslim population and dies while deceiving them without May God forbid him Paradise.”
