Mishkat al-Masabih — Hadith #50858
Hadith #50858
On the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no ruler who rules between the people but he will come on the Day of Resurrection and reign.” He would hold his neck, then raise his head to the sky, and if he said: Throw him, he would throw him into an abyss for forty autumns.” Narrated by Ahmed and Ibn Majah and Al-Bayhaqi in Shu’ab Al-Iman
