عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْبَيِّنَةُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعِي وَالْيَمِينُ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
On the authority of Amr bin Shuaib, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The proof is upon the plaintiff, and the oath is upon the defendant.” Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi
