وَعَن أبي هريرةَ أنَّ رجُلينِ اختَصما فِي دَابَّة وَلَيْسَ لَهما بَيِّنَةٌ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «استهِما على اليَمينِ» . رَوَاهُ أَبُو دَاوُد وابنُ مَاجَه
On the authority of Abu Hurairah, two men quarreled over an animal and they had no evidence, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Ask them to the right.” Narrated by Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah
