Hadith #50888
On the authority of Abu Musa Al-Ash’ari: Two men claimed a camel at the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and each one of them sent witnesses, and the Prophet divided it up. May God bless him and grant him peace, it is divided into two halves. Narrated by Abu Dawud, and in a narration by him, by Al-Nasa’i and Ibn Majah: Two men claimed a camel for which neither of them had evidence, so the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, divided it between them.
